Tickets to Equestrian Events

Snaffle Travel attends many major equestrian events including Badminton Horse Trials, London Olympia Horse Show, Royal Windsor Show, CHIO Aachen, Spruce Meadows, Calgary Stampede, Longines Events and the World Equestrian Games and much more.  All these events are specialist events and we may need to purchase tickets as soon as they go on sale and tickets are normally always non-refundable.

Some event tickets may go on sale more than 12 months in advance prior to an event and this is why we request a deposit in advance to ensure we can guarantee tickets.

When we purchase group tickets, they are always non-refundable and if you cancel, they cannot be resold unless we can find a replacement tour member. Unfortunately we are unable to split group tickets.

We always try and get the best category tickets for the events we attend, but this cannot be always guaranteed as sometimes the ticket office may not provide us with many options.  Tickets are always subject to availability at the time of purchase.

If you require VIP seating or disabled seating, please advise us at the time of your booking.

If you are travelling independently we can also purchase special tickets if this is combined with *other travel arrangements.  We can book tickets to the Calgary Stampede, Spruce Meadows, Spanish Riding School in Vienna, the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art in Jerez, Portuguese School of Equestrian Art in Lisbon, Hickstead, Falsterbo Horse Show, Longines and the Global Champions Show jumping events and much more.

Note: We may not be able to offer individual tickets if we are already operating a tour to an event.

Snaffle Travel charge a booking fee for independent tickets of $55.00  (non-refundable) per group of tickets*.

We recommend you plan your travel to any Equestrian event well in advance of ticket release to ensure event tickets are available and you can be guaranteed a good seat.  Many of the more popular events release their tickets 12 months in advance and some even earlier.
