We wish you, your family and animal friends a very Merry Christmas.  During this season of giving let us take time to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
May this wonderful time of the year touch your heart in a special way.  Wishing you happiness and good health throughout the New Year. Let’s hope we can put 2021 behind us and look forward to happier times after a very indifferent couple of years.

Snaffle Travel wrap up for 2021

This year was going to be better than 2020. 🤣 but it didn’t happen and as lockdown continued here in Australia and New Zealand, the rest of the world started to open up.

We hope now that the majority of countries are 80% vaccinated travel will go ahead.  For those keen to dust off the suitcases we can provide a detailed plan for travel and what you need to do to make this possible in the early stages.  We do hope and expect by 2023 travel will improve and return to some normality without all the extra expense of covid tests.

I really appreciated the patience, support and kindness of all my clients who had their travel plans impacted while I managed to work through and resolve the problems over the last 20+ months.  Your kind words and empathy have meant so much.

Despite the lack of tours I have not sat still and become a bit more digital savvy and continued to upskill in many areas of our business.

We have started to plan our tours and I totally understand many of you are hesitant to book travel and we are doing our best to work with suppliers to offer late cancellations terms and conditions but as we attend special one-off events sometimes it is not possible as accommodation is limited.  All tickets to events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.  Already our CHIO Aachen 2023 tour is nearly fully booked and we cannot add extra places as it is a special event.

If you are travelling and not sure what to do, we will try and keep our blog and information up to date as possible and point you in the right direction of where to go to get the necessary information to travel.

Our tours will all be COVID-19 compliant and we will work with our suppliers on the ground who will advise the latest details for the country we will be visiting.  We may need to use bigger coaches, smaller guided walking groups, all breakfasts plated, and so on and this may be part of travel for now and something we have to learn to accept if you want to travel.

We hope travel will have resumed by 2022 and we have a busy year planned to start with
