Health and Vaccinations

The safety and welfare of our clients is very important to us.

It is also important to organise your medicine and also request a doctors letter for any prescribed medications you will be taking with you on your holiday.

If you have a pre-existing medical problem or disability which may affect your holiday you must tell us before you confirm your booking so that we can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. We may ask you to check with your doctor that they agree you are medically fit enough to undertake a tour or horse riding holiday. In any event, you must give us full details in writing. If we reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, we must reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, we will cancel when we become aware of these details.

We also recommend travelling with a designated Travellers medical kit containing prescription medications to treat common Travellers illness early and preventing serious disease.

Horse riding is a strenuous activity and some of the riding trips we offer are particularly strenuous involving many hours on horseback, in extreme temperatures and in remote locations. Health care in many of the countries you may travel to maynot be comparable to the quality of care you would receive in your home country.
